Democrat rules, or not!

Democrats play by their own rules which they change to suit them!
It's hard to believe what is happening with the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing!  Both parties have achieved what enemies of the country have been unable to do for years.  They have made a mockery of our system of values, our processes, etc.  Having said that, the Democrats in particular have perfected the art of sleaze war.  Laws, rules, process are applied by them differently, depending on who is being accused.  I could write dozens of pages about the subject, but since a picture is worth 1000 words, a few graphics may summarize the situation better.

Linda Sarsour, activist, organizer, and other things,...  is in a video of the Muslims gathered outside Trump tower to pray for Ramadan and shays "...we're showing this is what NYC looks like... brown people, black people,... Jewish people are all here today to show solidarity,... to say we'll break bread with you,... in front of the Trump tower that is a symbol of  kind of policies from this administration that are about divisiveness,..."

And  next day, she is nowhere to condemn the "other" Muslims, that are killing people in London in the name of her religion!  (** I have to make a correction here!  She did post on facebook late Saturday "...ISIS are an enemy to us all. They are an enemy to all who value the sanctity of all human life...)

I don't know how true it is that she is linked to Hamas, as many claim, and I don't really care. I also don't care that she is Muslim.  All I can say is that her actions, her hatred, her lies and her intellectual dishonesty should be challenged constantly.

The one that I really like is when she has repeatedly told "white" women that Muslim women do not need to be saved by them, they do not need their help, they are already free, independent, revered, respected, more than their white counterparts. This is where one needs to laugh at the stupidity, but challenge her on the facts. 

People like her give US Muslims a bad reputation, and we need to remember, there is only a handful of people like her.  Most US Muslims are not any different than any other American.

I wouldn't expect anything different from him, but I have to say that he is NOT representative of the Muslims *I* know!

The Muslims I know are more worried of letting in people (not just Muslims) from those 6 countries than I am.  The ones I know are Muslims, but they are also "human". They recognize that the excrements that are in the news, because of terrorist attacks are NOT representing ALL Muslims.  They are extremists, they are animals, they are not human.  But not Reza. He knows better!  In typical "I know better" fashion, the rest of us are all stupid. He is the only one who knows, who understands, because of his "interfaith" marriage. Videos may show that a Muslim is killing people while yelling allahu akbar, but according to Reza, it has nothing to do with the killer being Muslim, you have to ignore that fact.  

I wonder who is really the "piece of shit", .  Though I don't blame him, he pontificates his stupidity, because he can. And, as long as CNN or whatever other progressive outfit gives him a pulpit, he will continue to do so.  You see, the US gave him a voice, something not possible in his native, Muslim country. I just hope people recognize his malarkey for what it is and ignore it.

Celebrities NOT leaving the US, Stopped counting down and hoping

I am finally giving up on counting down the days till celebrities that announced would leave the country if Trump was selecting, will do so :-(  None of them is keeping their word, Oh, well!

It's not really that I expected anything different, but I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.  I mean after all, they pretend to be much better, much smarter, much everything compared to the rest of us common folk, that I thought they'd stick to their guns - wrong!

At least I have now convinced myself, and the 2-3 people following this blog, that moronic statements are not exclusive to politicians, they are also part of the arsenal of self-aggrandizing celebrities.  It sort of reminds me of something I saw posted by a different blogger addressed to celebrities/entertainers.  "I don't want to hear your political comments, Remember you are here solely for my entertainment, I can turn you on and off whenever I want".

Just spent over an hour scouring on-line sources to see how many of the people in the list I posted a couple of weeks ago have left the country, you know the ones the vowed that if Trump got elected, they would leave.

Well, I may have missed something, please someone correct me if I have, but no-one on that list has left the country yet!  It may still be too early, it's only been 15 days, so I'll keep an eye out to see if some leave at a later date.

I read of hundreds of people (mostly actors/artists who are better than everyone, anyway) vowing to leave the country, if Trump was elected president.  It always intrigued me how artists that make close to zero contribution to society make such statements and I decided to put together a short list of such claimants and then check a few months after the election to see how many of them have made good on their promise. Donna Brazile - Scam :-(

So, Donna Brazile was in the news again yesterday.

She is the poster person of what is wrong with the political operatives in this country.

A history of ~30 years of lying, making things up, circumventing rules, and "playing" the system. Ran the unsuccessful campaign of Jesse Jackson, following by the unsuccessful campaign of Gepheart, thrown out of the Dukakis campain for making up stories about Bush, she finally works on the Bill Clinton campaign and gets "connected".  From there, a commentator at CNN, where else :-(

When the leaked emails come out and the plot to thwart Bernie's efforts by the "other" corrupt, evil politico Wasserman Schultz resigns, Donna becomes the interim DNC chairperson.  At least some stability, honesty and respect, they thought - Wrong!!!

She gets caught giving questions for one of the CNN debates to Hillary ahead of time, then denies is when interviewed, span around, twisted, lied, invoked the "poor me" defense, claimed that since the source were leaked emails, the charge did not hold, and through all that CNN was silent on the issue.

Ah, but more emails leak and she is caught giving the answers to Hillary once again.  Well, CNN can no longer stay quiet, they have to act, so they ask her to resign from her spot as a political commentator, i.e., they fire her.

"Donna Brazile...  Hacked emails from WikiLeaks show she shared questions for CNN-sponsored candidate events in advance with friends on Hillary Clinton’s campaign."   "We are completely uncomfortable with what we have learned about her interactions with the Clinton campaign while she was a CNN contributor," Lauren Pratapas, a network spokeswoman, said in a statement.

But you know, to people like her that doesn't matter.  So what?  She'll lie and make things up and invoke all shorts of defenses and deflect, and spin and she'll end up is some political appointment (or some politically influenced media job), all along believing (because she DOES believe it) that she is better than everyone, that she knows what's best for everyone, while being just scum!

What a sad statement about our political system :-(
